We would like you to join us in congratulating Stacie from our Winklebury Nursery who has completed her Batchelor of Arts in Children’s Learning and Development and Graduated with 2:1.
We asked Stacie all about her course and how she’s feeling this was her response.

“After graduating from Reading University where I received a 2:1 in Batchelors of Arts in Children’s Learning and Development, I have felt over the moon and so proud of this incredible achievement. All that I have learnt since starting my studies for my degree over the past three years has enabled me to share this knowledge with my colleagues as well as share new ideas that I have learnt through my studies. All of this will support us all in giving the children within our care the best start to life.The course has given me a sense of personal achievement which has improved my confidence when working in partnership with others such as families, colleagues and the children as well as improving my confidence when observing and responding to children’s play. All of these different aspects and opportunities I have gained have blown my self esteem and sense of well being through the roof.
Of course I couldn’t have got through doing this without the continuous support from all at monkey moos. The directors welcomed me on board when I had not long began and my regional manager, manager, deputy and colleagues have been incredible with all of their support not only the emotional side of it but also how they got involved with many of the assignments that were achieved. They also allocated the time off for me to attend my one day a week at uni days that’s eve required in order for me to achieve this goal.“
