Next Week all of us at MonkeyMoos will be celebrating the life and achievements of the incredible Captain Sir Tom Moore. To do this we will take part in a series of walks over the week- and like Sir Tom we will complete 100 laps of the green space local to us between Monday and Friday. The children will be encouraged to talk about their own achievements and things that make them feel proud of themselves and others. We will be making and awarding medals throughout the week so feel free to nominate your children for any special achievements at home. It could be using the potty, sleeping in their own bed, becoming an older sibling or even just for being fantastic throughout the whole pandemic.
We will be accepting donations throughout the week for Captain Sir Tom’s chosen charities so look out for the donation buckets on drop off and collection. We know you will join us in our thanks to this amazing man and for all that he has done for our County in his 100 wonderful years.
