Next week we will be celebrating National Moon day, the children will get to learn why we have a moon, the science behind it, all about our solar system and the cycles of the moon too, we will have fun experiments such as making moon sand, boulders in flour with meteors and much more.
National Be someone day is also a day we will be celebrating, talking to the children about who they want to be when they grow up and making posters, We will also talk about who inspires them and making thank you cards and you’re amazing letters. They will get the chance to dress up and pretend to be what they want to be when they grow up such as fire fighters, police people and even Nursery nurses.
This year the summer Olympics are being held in Tokyo, watch out for our carrying the torch video created by the children, we will also hold little Olympics games and learning about the host country.
